ONE Rod/pole can be used at any one time; others may be set up but not fishing. At Bramley pond Keepnets are allowed all year round, However pleasure anglers must not put carp or Barbel in a keepnet, anyone else putting thirty odd carp in a net then putting it on faceX is going to have to find somewhere else to fish. In Matches 2 nets are needed, one for silvers including Barbel and one for carp. Also anyone carrying fish in their landing net to show their mate 6 pegs away had better have a standby venue as well. We haven’t spent this much money to have people damage the fish. All fish to be carefully returned to the water.
There is Deep water no swimming is allowed, Cars are on site at your own risk. All tackle is at your own risk. The society accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any damage howsoever caused. Ice on the water in winter will not support a Human Being weight, DO NOT go skating. Overhead power lines are present although at great height 9 meters is the minimum distance to avoid arcing, If you’re thinking about pointing a 16 meter pole in the air beneath them then I will add you to the fallen anglers page and put you in for a Darwin award. Photographic recording is in operation on site
